This customer needed to have 360-degree access to a "Top Secret" object that protruded through a square hole in the platform.
The hole and extension rails are manufactured from heavy-gauge steel, and have a unique GENTEX Triangular-Truss design that provides solid support for the platforms that make up the spacious extension platform assembly. The customer's crew will feel like they're walking on solid ground, even when they're 8'-16' up in the air.

Our customer needed to span the width of his trucks so he could do maintenance on top. To span the front, he needed a CUSTOM 10' Long truss with CUSTOM 10' Long Safety Guard Rails.
The 10' truss we manufactured for him is 2' longer than our longest standard truss, and 4' longer than our more common 6' truss.
Our Anti-Skid DIAMOND-PLATE platform provides the ultimate in safety and stability.
This CUSTOM Swing-Gate makes it easier to enter and exit.

Here's the Story...
This scaffold has trusses, platforms, and safety guard rails that are 50% longer than our longest STOCK 8' scaffold. A Contracting company working at the NY Stock Exchange needed the unit to span several trading desks at one time so the stock brokers working beneath it could continue to work while the contractors performed their job from above. How ironic the project for the STOCK Exchange required a non-stock scaffold.

This scaffold has a custom 11-foot long truss, safety guard rails, and outriggers in 2 directions to allow it to safely span the nose of a food refrigeration truck. The steady work platform allows the mechanic to easily and safely make repairs to the refrigeration unit located at the top of the cab, as well repair the sides of the truck.
